Do's:

1. Valid Tickets: always make sure you have a valid ticket before entering the metro station and carry it with you throughout your ride.

2. Line up and wait: Form a line when waiting to board the metro car and let the passengers to get off before boarding.

3. Keep the stations clean: Help us to maintain the cleanliness by using the trash cans provided at the stations and not littering elsewhere.

4. Priority Seating: Please respect the priority seating of senior citizens, pregnant women and people with disabilities (Divyangs).

5. Be Courteous: Be respectful and considerate of fellow passengers and metro personnel.

6. Hold onto handrails: For your safety, hold onto handrails when standing or walking in metro cars.

7. Keep emergency exits clear: Do not block emergency exits or doors while boarding or exiting the train.

8. Report suspicious activity: If you notice any suspicious activity or unattended luggage, please inform the metro personnel immediately.

Prohibitions:

1. No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited at metro stations and trains.

2. No Eating or Drinking: Please do not eat or drink on metro premises.

3. No defacing property: Graffiti or defacing Metro property is not permitted and may result in penalties.

4. No Trespassing: Do not enter restricted areas or cross the tracks; use designated crosswalks.

5. No unauthorized sales: do not purchase tickets from unauthorized vendors; use authorized ticket counters or machines.

6. No blocking doors: do not block closing doors or attempt to force them open.

7. No unauthorized photography: Photography or filming for commercial purposes requires a permit.

8. No loud music: keep the volume of your personal devices low to create a quiet environment.
